In Ezshwan's own words: "Kai played in the Sammy Davis,
Jr. band the week that it was being taped from Puerta Vallarta in 1976.
We had a great time there and participated in Sammy's 50th birthday. He
was a warm, generous man. Richard Pryor is in the foreground."
