A very significant and historical photograph: the last ever public performance by Kai Winding and J.J. Johnson.

In Ezshwan's own words: "[Here are] Kai and J.J. playing in a reunion that only the Japanese could arrange. It was a tour of the All-Stars. It had been 25 years since they played together and it was the last time I saw Kai perform. It was in the Yokohama stadium which held about
25,000 people. What a glorious day."
