Tracks 1 to 11 probably taken from sound board; the remainder taken from broadcast of Radio France with "Dexterity" mistitled as "Ornithology".  Tracks are dated 1972, but it is more likely that they are from October or November 1971 - recorded in Olympia, Paris, during a tour through Europe.
