Walter Wanderley - Motor Music:
"The Fantastic Walter Wanderley: Boss of the
Bossa Nova", Motor Music [Germany] #535 585-2
(1996).[2 CD Compilation Set]
The excellent multi-page bio info in this CD booklet is all in German, unfortunately, so I am not able to translate it for inclusion here.
I am usually not a fan of compilations;
however, this one is *really* the one to have for Wanderley fans!
They picked out the best of the best from the American
recordings--and the Brazilian Recordings CD is a 'must have' to
listen to many of the Trio's earlier works that were recorded before
they came to the U.S.

"The Brazilian Recordings" CD features the original Wanderley trio
